The following lists of plants are provided with tips and hints on how to grow them in the Illawarra region. They are examples of what various club members have found grows well. Some plants are "sensitive" and require a lot of care and attention. Other plants are tough, drought-tolerant, wind-tolerant or handle the humidity well.

But remember this, there is no such thing as a no-care garden. All gardens require some work!
