Privacy

New Privacy Laws came into effect for all non-profit organisations as of 21st December 2002. West Wollongong Garden Club issues the following statement on privacy.

"We respect the privacy of all of our members. NO personal details of any individual member will be used for any purpose other than for which they are held, that is, for the operation of the club. No personal details will be provided to any other party without the expressed written approval of that individual member unless the information is required by law."
