about all kinds of abuse ~ domestic, sexual and child abuse. They
express the loneliness and pain endured, and the shattered spirit.

You will see various ribbons for campaigns against violence and abuse on some poems. There is a green ribbon for child abuse as well as blue/pink ribbon against violence on children. There is also a white ribbon for rape survivors and the purple/black ribbon for domestic abuse. Check out my poem

I just want to make clear that I am not an incest or child abuse victim ~ just a survivor of other forms of abuse. I use my experience with these to gain insight into child abuse and incest.
