Your elected representatives are there to serve you and need to hear your views on important issues. Newspaper editors welcome community opinions and response. Don't stress over writing a formal letter. Your letter can be short and simple, but remember to include your name and address, as unsigned correspondence is ignored.

After learning about an issue, we encourage to write to any of the politicians and/or publications on the list below.

The easiest way to write to council is to use their online Have Your Say form. But, it is better to write directly to the mayor and councillors for your ward.
