Even if you like this film or not, you will not escape unmoved by the intriguing themes running throughout this film. Viggo plays a young man [Clay], living in the forest with his lover Callie [Ashley Judd]. A young religious man is brought to their house after he was found wandering aimlessly through the forest with only a bible in
his hand. It transpires that he is from a deeply religious background and
after his parents were murdered wanders off in shock. He is found,
greatly debilitated and is nursed back to health by Callie. As the
young man's health improves he becomes not only aware, but obsessed with
his young carer. When Clay returns and Darkly observes the lovers' intensely
