Terms & conditions. Attendance at an activity implies authorisation to publicly display photographs/video material of the activity on but not limited only to our website, newsletter and or commercial news media.
We have been unsuccessful in obtaining a committee to keep the Tamworth Support Group going.
We needed a :-
* President
* Librarian
* Secretary
* Treasurer
* Webmaster
* Publicity officer
* Non position Committee members
There was not a lot of work involved. The last committee met 4 times a year to plan the activities and allocate roles for the work to be done. This is usually the first week of the each school term. There was a little organizing of resources to be done over the few weeks before the activity. The rest of the work took place in the last few days when the registrations were received and processed and on the day of the activity.
WE did it for the kids.
The kids enjoyed the activities we had and we are disappointed that we have let then down now that Tam Gat has folded.
