I Worship You

I worship You with joy profound,

My Lord so strong and brave;

When all was dark and terror-bound

You reached Your hand to save.

I worship You with songs of love,

Who gave my spirit breath;

Who sent His glance from realms above

And raised me up from death.

I worship You with hymns of peace,

For I the depths have trod;

You sent my life a healing grace

Who art the Lamb of God.

I worship You with heart aflame,

Jesus, my soul s desire!

Glory to Your holy Name,

O Bright and Burning Fire

I worship You before Your Face,

God of Israel-

I hold my arms in love s embrace,

Lord Immanuel.

I worship You, I worship You,

Shepherd-King of men,

Blessed Lord and Saviour true,

Amen! Amen! Amen!
