House Blessing O little house, so kind, so small, My mother s picture on the wall; My brother s cupboard, standing there, My father s table, smooth and square. My sister s plates are on the shelf, My aunt s old rocker for myself, And on the sideboard, plain to see The plant my friends have given me. My house is made of many things The ones I love have given, And so, my life contains within A kingdom of their heaven. God bless this house they all have made- Under its roof I lay my head, And pray that all my friends shall be Happy, rich and blest as me.
