Cuddly All weathers and winters Whatever may be, My house is a haven For Cuddly and me.
My bed s by the window Exposed to the air, And there, in the corner Is Cuddly s chair. My table and napkin I ve placed at the door, And Cuddly eats with me, Down on the floor.
When I go to the bathroom Cuddly goes too- He follows me everywhere, Does what I do.
He ll slumber through morning, Through midday he ll doze; He ll find the best places In which to repose.
O Cuddly, my happiness, Drawn from a hat- I cannot imagine A life with no cat!
A mouthful of food, A warm place to stay Has won me a friend Who goes never away!
We ve lived here fraternally Four years or five- I ll see him eternally, Dead or alive.
