Kent Sept 11 report
Start of the day, Daz was out lit on his Airush 6, it was 20 – 28 knots with some 30-31 gusts. Only thing is that you can’t take a photo of yourself and no-one else had turned up. Very surprised that some city crew did not make it.
Chris is out lit on his sailboard with a 5.3 which was also more sail than needed in the gusts.
Just as I was thinking about food, Kyle and Andy rocked up and I went to Woolies for a snack!

When I got back we all started to think about it, Pete rocked in too and Andy was the first out, wind had increased to 20 knots, Kyle decided after great deliberation to use his 12 which proved interesting when the cloud burst pushed it up to 30 – 33 knots and Kyle had to bail out of the 12 retrieved by Pete. From then on the afternoon was lit on small kites with extreme power until it went West and wierd and kites were hard to hold up.
Overall this was an excellent weekends kiting with both excellent Southcentral spots on one weekend, so good, so much airtime.
