Noel Edgerton Memorial Handicap Meeting

The Noel Edgerton* Memorial Handicap meeting will be held on 5th March 2005 commencing at 8.30am. This event, with exciting racing, is a highlight of the year. Every athlete, no matter what standard, has a chance to win medals or special trophies.

The events contested are the 100m, 400m and the long jump.

Handicaps are based on times registered in competition prior to this meeting. Each athlete may enter any or all of these events, provided a result has been achieved in the event in question during the season.

*Noel Edgerton was one of the founding members of the GLAC and served on the executive holding almost every position available. From President to Public Address, Noel gave his all, and much more. He was bestowed with a life membership for his services, and this meet continues that honour.
