This page is purely dedicated to my animals of which there are currently four, Remy; the horse, Fox; the cat, Astra the dog and Kara (Astra's sister. Each of the photos is a thumbnail. To see the larger version please click the picture.

This a photo of Remy. He is a Palomino quarter horse. By the stallion Wyoming Sandyman. Remy's Dam is unknown but is suspected to have a little bit of Arabian in her, as Remy has a typical, arabian face and head. Together Remy and I have done a little bit of just about everything, including dressage lessons, western lessons and a lot of trail riding. He loves company and hitting the trails with other horses. At the moment he is enjoying the harem of 5 mares he has been chatting up next door to him.

This is a photo of Wyoming Sandyman, Remy's sire. He was 26 years old when the photo was taken. Apparently a lot of Sandy's foals are from unknown mares, as the owners of Sandy had a stud fee that was a little unusual. They would ask for a slab of beer in return for a breeding to him. He is a second cross quarter horse and is conformationally along the lines of a cutting quarter horse. Sandy is decended from the Quarter horse stallion Whimpy.

Say hi to Fox. She is about 7 years old. Obviously she is a longhaired tortiseshell. She is very affectionate and smoochie. Being the intellegent animal she is, Fox sits and begs on command. This is not a great photo.

This is Astra. She is an Anatolian Shepherd/ Kangal dog. Astra has already shot ahead in the training side of things. She took only a few months to learn the commands, sit, stay, fetch, heel, lie down, roll over, and is house trained. A star indeed

Yet another puppy photo. But in this one Astra is about 4 months old and weighs approximately nineteen kg, which is double her original weight, ahhh the teenager all legs and trouble.

Peter and Astra at the snow it was both her first time and my own first time in real snow. We had so much fun running around like idiots.

This one is of Kara and Astra at the beach at Lakes Entrance. We took the to Eastern Beach for the day and they had a wonderful time playing in the sand and running up and down the dunes. It was Kara's first outing and she did have difficulty with come command. Being Astra's full sister she is intellegent however she is definately the dopey tummy rub pup.
