About this site:
We stock roughly 250 titles including a large proportion of rare, imported and collectable CD's. Firstly, this is a low-tech site as we run this store from a spare room on a non-existent budget.
Scarce Tunes purchase CD's at low cost (some at full price) and then pass them on to you "the customer" for a similar cost (some are sold at a loss).

Navigating the site:
To view the CD titles that are available for purchase click on the "Catalogue" link.
The catalogue lists bands/artists in a table format.
The first column is the band/artist, the second column is the album title.
The table is sorted alphabetically by band/artist (for bands the term "The" is ignored). Artists are listed alphabetically by surname (eg. Hendrix, Jimi).
Clicking on a letter of the alphabet at the top of the catalogue screen will take you directly to bands/artists beginning with that letter.
A search function is not available at this stage.
To view more detailed information about a particular release click on the album title.
This takes you to a new page with more detailed info on the release such as the track listing and artwork.
Some of the detailed pages are of low quality.
