Drink with the Beloved - Monday 31st January & Tuesday 1st February 2005

An invitation to anyone with an interest in matters of spirit or who aspires to walk the path of the heart: The WA branch of the Dances of Universal Peace invites you to "Drink with Beloved" in the atmosphere of three magical musicians and Sufi teachers from the USA at the end of this month (January).

Shabda & Tamam Kahn and Allaudin Ottinger are visiting Perth for two days on their way to India to visit the tomb of Sufi saint Hazrat Inayat Khan. The three will be sharing a participatory evening of Sufi dance Zikr – the traditional practice to invoke remembrance of the mystery of life at all times and in all places - at Kulcha on Monday 31st January; and two workshop sessions of teachings, practices & dances on Tuesday 1st in East Fremantle.
