A form of dynamic group meditation drawing on the sacred phrases of the sacred traditions of the world.
Seeking unity in our diversity of spiritual paths and beliefs, we come together in a circle to chant sacred phrases and move our bodies in simple rythmic movements

Our dances are inspired by the many sacred traditions of the Earth, and include mantras drawn from Hindu, Hebrew, Christian, Buddhist and Islamic / Sufi texts, as well as indigenous and Goddess traditions."
