6 magnet Group 15 Project I




This motor was my first attempt at making a 6 magnet group 15 motor,
it was make early 2003 and not tested until the 2004 Australian Nationals
where this motor qualified 2nd in Gp15. I was happy with this result I later found
I didn't use the fastest lane also, just wish I didn't change it for the race as that one smoked.
So here are some pictures of this motor, the Can is a cut down RL group15 can,
I used front line flx-6000 flat top as outers and cut down koford Gp15 Quods
for the center segments. I used a 480" dia arms with a air gap of 495"
