Scratch-built Chassis Yes Hand Made.
These are hand cut from TO6 aluminum, these chassis have
differentdimensions, and can range from 113mm to whatever.
They handle so well I have used them since 2000 at races.
In fact they handled as well with or without Glue,
I think why do people fall off so much with others frames?
Shown here are Gp15 with a wider motor box and a Gp27/7 with inside rails and a full perimeter for Gp7.

This one used a DRS steel front and an off set rear end to
put the motors weight in the middle of the car, this one
was made in early 90's.

This chassis was made in 1990, I think it is the first one
of its type. Using layers of caviler-carbon fiber it was
hand cut and has never broken, it was to flexible and a
.063" wire embedded in the center rail made it handle like
a dream, Robert C. help with the material but we lost contact
and he never saw it on the track.

This one is a bit rusty but was one of many wire perimeter
chassis I made from early 1977. I moved into steel front
like this which was the last one just before my injury
when I stopped racing for the first time.
These chassis went well and the lengths where from 114 mm to 119 mm.
On banked track very fast, tight bend the shorter ones suffered with popping.
But much of this was from the poor tire tech and bodies
not doing the work like they do now.
This one was made with a steel center section and floating body mounts
I actually made all wire perimeter chassis and sold them
to local tracks in 1977/78 here in Australia
