Why to be a vegetarian or vegan
By Doug Leith

1. Environmental Reasons

2. Other Ethical Reasons

3. Health Reasons

Some Vegan Athletes

Some Vegetarians

By being a veg. you will save 18 cows, 11 pigs, more than 1000 fish, 60 chickens, 30 sheep, thousands of litres of water, oxygen, the creatures that lived in those trees/land, thousands of dollars and 3 people including yourself

So is it really a good idea to harm every living thing on earth and in the environment while decreasing your health, increasing your chances of getting virtually every known disease and wasting money?

Veg's are disproportionately represented, in elite intellectual, compassionate and athletic areas.  Vegetarianism is good for you and for every other living thing upon earth.  By being one you bring the world (and yourself) a bit closer to complete happiness.  What right do we have to kill another thing so that we can say "mmm that tasted good"?  If you would like to know more call me on 9338 6601.
