NOISE TAS, the Law and You.

NOISE TAS encourages all sufferers from the distressing effects of unwanted noise to take positive action to end the injustice. Just as in any other case of environmental pollution, e.g. chemical spills, burning of toxic materials, etc., excessive or persistent noise should be reported. We should expect positive and quick responses by the authorities to end noise problems at their source.

NOISE TAS is dedicated to providing the information and support which may be required for you to safely achieve peace in your home, which is your right.

The NOISE TAS group is constantly researching, lobbying government authorities, and informing both government and citizens about the proven deleterious health effects of repetitive, intrusive noise. Support group participation can help relieve suffering - every case is different.

If you think your health is affected by non-resolution of a noise problem, you should ask your G.P. for a medical certificate to substantiate this.

All communications with NOISE TAS are treated with strictest confidentiality and we welcome all support.

NOISE TAS is a completely volunteer, non-profit organisation. We rely on the financial help of our supporters to manage the ever-increasing workload, and any contributions, however small, are very much appreciated. (NOISE TAS is approved under sections 5(1)(a) and 5(2)(c) of the Collections for Charities Act 2001).
