It is important that if noise is an issue for you that you take action to resolve that issue. To leave your issue in the hands of others delays resolving your issues. It is better to be active and help not only yourself, but many others too. Your own personal experience with noise is valuable information for others and may inform others the outcomes of certain paths of action.

As with any organization, it requires money to function effectively. The costs cover things like Incorporation, postage, stationery, internet, telephone and professional services. Not all of these things may be current requirements, but with time and growth of an organization, these things will be needed. Maybe even an office.
