The North Harbour Scout Water is an activity base within the Sydney North Scout Region.
The Base was initially formed to oversee water activities and boat inspection in the Manly Warringah District as well as the maintenance and use of the former 1st Manly Scout Hall.
We are now responsible for running formal Water Activity Qualification training courses in both canoeing and sailing for Scouts and Leaders, predominantly within the Northern Beaches District.
Aims
To assist in promoting the aims and principles of The Scout Association of Australia.
Specifically, to provide:
a facility of the highest standard at minimal sustainable cost to the members of The Scout Association of Australia.
quality water related courses (predominantly canoeing and sailing) to members of The Scout Association of Australia.
