Ø      DAY & TIME OF WEEKLY TRAINING

Training is every Wednesday from 5.00 – 6.00pm at Landy Field.

We meet on the infield at the high jump end.

 

Ø      WEEKLY TIMETABLE

·        5.00pm – Warm up exercises.

·        5.10pm – 5.55pm – Athletes will move to their allocated coaching group.  Some groups spend 20 minutes on one event area, and 20 minutes on another.

·        5.55 – 6.00pm – Warm down exercises.

Ø      WHAT TO BRING TO TRAINING

·        A hat & sunscreen on sunny days

·        A pair of runners/track shoes

·        Comfortable clothes for training – (remember to bring a windcheater/jumper & long track pants on cooler days.)

·        A pair of spikes for track work (U.12-U.15 athletes only)

·        A water bottle
