Coffs Harbour is situated about 570 km north of Sydney (6.5 hr drive) and 420 km south of Brisbane (5 hr drive) or only 1 hour's flight time. It boasts the most temperate climate in Australia with an average temperature of 26°C (79F) in Summer and 18°C (64F) in the Winter, even though quite frequently it can reach over 40°C+ (104F+)  in Summer.  We live here 'cause we love it' and so do aussie actors Russell Crowe & Jack Thompson!!

We are the Larsen Family and we emigrated here in 1994. We are originally from Hamilton in the Waikato and then later Auckland in the North Island of New Zealand   Now we sell Real Estate in one of Australia's favourite holiday destinations, Coffs Harbour.
