MOSAIC SHUFFLE

This tutorial was written in PI 11 the effect is very easy and not a lot of work.

Supplies needed: PI 11 and a fat font, I used one called MAMA.

Open a new image 400 x 110


 Type your name, leave it 2D, Fill with a colourful gradient.

Right click (shift D) and duplicate 3 times (making 4 all together) in one layer stack.

making  sure that you have the "T" highlighted

make the top name layer active and

turn  it into a 3D Pipe from the drop down menu

or from the Adjust material option

if you use the Adjust material option Highlight Bevel and put a check in the 3D Pipe button

Then Highlight Bevel Settings and use

2width  and 30Depth

Highlight the Colour/Texture and fill with a stand out colour

Highlight Shadow and give it a

shadow of 5th one along 50...99...3

we are now done making the 3D pipe outline for our name:-))

Hide the top one,

GOTO: Highlight the next name layer down.

GOTO: Effects/Fills and Textures/Puzzle

Click on the Options button

I put in a square number value of 6

Click OK

Goto next name in the stack then
Effects/Fills and Textures/Puzzle
Options
Square number value of 6 then just hit the Random button

Click OK

GOTO: To the third name layer.
Effects/Fills and Textures/Puzzle
Options
Square number value of 6 then just hit the Random button

At this stage crop any excess from your name

Highlight a  layer, Right Click and Select all objects and click on the eye to hide all layers

save as a UFO file and take it to GA5 and animate!
