Error note - missing underprint

Obverse Printing error. Missing are the light "Brownish" underprint on both sides of the note and also the 'Reddish' coloured loops design on the outer ring of the portrait of "Papa Doc". Overall the error note looks a bit brighter. Both notes displayed are in UNC condition and came from the same printing batch (see serial numbers).
Reverse The reverse side of the note is normal.
Comments This is a very unique error note as it is not easy to spot the missing underprint unless you have one to compare with. Given the serial numbers of these two notes are only separated by just one number, I have a feeling that note numbered 'N340350' may have also been an error note too. My argument is based on where I got these two notes from. If any viewers out there that may have the note numbered 'N340350', please feel free to contact me as I am curious to find out.
Footnote Dr. François Duvalier ("Papa Doc") was born on 14/04/1907 in Port-au-Prince to a family from Martinique. He married Simone Ovide in 1939, and became director general of the national health service in 1946. In 1949, he served as minister of both health and labor. In 1957, he won the Haitian general election and served as President and later President for Life from 1964 until his death on 21/04/1971. His presidency marked by autocracy, corruption, and reliance on private armies to maintain power. Following his death, Dr Duvalier was succeeded by his son, Jean-Claude Duvalier ("Baby Doc"), then aged 19.
