Welcome to the page that you all wanted, but you were too afraid to ask. Those who dare to take the challenge of the VB screamer at half time in the First Grade games at Peel Park stand a chance of finding their names on the roll of honour that will appear right here.

Past winner, Marty Tzikas, benefitting from years of goalkeeping with a can of VB in one hand, has been hard to beat in 2002, but the usual suspects of Mousey and Phil Mac are always on hand to make it a close call. The winner on the day is the person who scores the most audacious goal from outside the box, leaving the keeper flapping at thin air.

2004 is shaping up to be a bumper year for the VB screamers, and hopefully some kind of sponsorship agreement with our friends at VB will lead us to seeing the challengers grow to unmanageable proportions, and get some more people down to the new Peel Park to see the Ravens first grade play. VB screamers will be awarded to those scoring the goal of the day in normal play and to those scoring the screamer of the day in the half time break. Cheerleaders and VB promotion girls will be at every game at Peel to hand out freebies and cans of VB*.
