1st Caringbah Layside and Group Committee are parents of Cubs, Scouts and Venturers who work together behind the scenes to keep the Group running, organising fundraising, newsletters, websites, hall renovations etc. The time they spend is purely voluntary which we are most grateful

• Meetings
  The Layside and Group Committee meets at the Hall on the first Thursday of the Month at 7.00PM.
  
  
• Annual General Meeting
  As a community service organisation, all Scout Groups must conduct a public Annual General Meetings for the information of members of the Group and the public, to explain how the Group is running in terms of financial standing and in all facets of Scouting administration.
