Why I choose to remain anonymous
I do not use my name or disclose any personal information on this site. Why not?

Well, I could lie and say that I am following the example of you-know-who so that attention is focussed on the material rather than on me. But we both know that is utter piffle, don’t we?

The fact is, that while I am no longer a Jehovah’s Witness, - it has been years since I was inside a Kingdom Hall, officially I am still listed as "Inactive".

I have chosen not to disassociate myself because I have family members still inside the organization that I like to see from time to time, and I am trying to get them out just as much as they are trying to get me back in!

If I disassociated myself my family members would without a doubt "cut me off", or shun me.

If they found out that I publish this site, then they would report that to the congregation elders who would no doubt judge me "disassociated" the same as they would if anyone in the congregation voluntarily accepted a blood transfusion, and I would be shunned.

So, for now at least, I remain anonymous.

Feel free to send me your comments.
