Workbooks: The following Utilities are about Workbooks... SelectWorkbooksPro: Open the folder of xls workbooks you want. A list is populated with all xls workbook names. Click a filename (or hold down the Left Mouse button and run down the list for multiple selections; OR hold Ctrl key and click the filenames you want) then click "ADD" to add the selected files to the next listbox. If you have selected a filename you do not want to open then select that file and click the "REMOVE" button. It will be removed and put back into the Listed workbooks listbox. "Open All" will open all selected workbooks. "Close All" will close all selected workbooks, except this one. There are options to Save (or not) before closing each workbook. SelectWorkbooksPro.xls Book_Sheet_Selector_Pro: This simple form allows the user to switch to any opened workbook and any sheet type: Worksheet, Chart Sheet. Book_Sheet_Selector_Pro.xls Make_Copies_of_Workbooks: If the Target or Source Folder does not exist, it will be created. If the Source Folder contains only one workbook, this will be the Source Workbook. Otherwise, you will be asked to accept or reject the next workbook in the Source Folder. You will be alerted if no Source Workbook is selected or if the Source Folder is empty. The source Workbook will be saved - as a copy - into the Target folder. If the Target Workbook already exists, you will NOT be alerted. It will be overwritten. The Target Workbook Name is based on the Cell Values in this workbook, starting at Cell A2 and only ending when the Cell Value is blank... Make_Copies_of_Workbooks.xls FileMaker_XP_01: This utility creates a new empty file. The Extensions are: .htm .html .txt .csv .css .xls None A Blank File is created in the current folder based on the extension you provide. If you select NONE then there is no extension to the Name you type in. The ComboBox is updated and lists all and newly created files.
