Emailing your work

A .pdf (portable document file) is our preferred method of transfer as it means that what you see on your computer is what we receive on our office computers.

If this is not possible, we can accept PC files in native format (word, photoshop, corel, publisher etc). However, we cannot guarantee the integrity of non-pdf files. When it comes to using these files, the major problems incurred during transfer relate to fonts.

Please note that we do not generally accept files that are over 3MB via email, but remember that you can always transport it to us on CD, USB-thumbdrive & floppy.
