Formed in the mid-80's, the Deakin Athletic Club is affiliated with Athetics Geelong and Athletics Victoria. Deakin athletes compete in the local Geelong Athletics interclub competition as well as at State and National level.

...Noticeboard... Registrations are now due. The AV registration form can be found here. Deakin AC Fees for 2008/2009 are as follows: Senior Athletes - $25.00 Under Age Athletes - $15.00 Little Athletes - $10.00 This amount should be added onto your Athletics Victoria Registration cost and returned with the AV Registration Form to Deakin Registrar (Chris Sly). If paying by cheque, make cheque payable to “Deakin Athletic Club”. If paying by Credit Card at bottom of form, the Deakin fee should still be forwarded to Deakin.
