Saint Thomas Hawks Basketball Club INTRODUCTORY NOTES This web site should provide some helpful feedback for players and families of the team. Compared to previous seasons it is a bit more user friendly and the club’s colour scheme has been added to make it a lot more appealing. It may change as the season progresses and input from all concerned is encouraged. Notices, fixtures, game summaries and contact details can be found here. It will become a very convenient location for team related information, particularly if hand-out materials are misplaced or lost, so make sure that you click on "Home Page" soon and place that address in your favourites !!! Visit this site Wednesday mornings (day after training) and Fridays (day before game) to get important messages and updates (check the message board!). There will always be follow-ups to make sure that everyone is aware of any last minute changes. Game summaries will probably be entered late night on Sundays for you to read first thing Mondays, but are more likely to become part of the "after training update" available to be read first thing Wednesdays.The team manager and myself will work together to make this season as successful and enjoyable as possible for all concerned. Depending on other personal commitments, both of us may call on volunteers to substitute for us. So your assistance will be appreciated whenever that may be. Personal contact details are reasonably disguised by having surnames removed and the actual file created as a PDF (this means that searchbots and spambots won’t be able to collect our details). Having the details here at all times will assist with team communication, especially when they have been misplaced. This should make the team manager and coach's lives a bit easier (perhaps?). Remember that training is held Tuesdays 7:00-7:45pm at the RMIT Bundoora Campus Netball Centre McKimmies Road. Additional shooting practice is available from 3:15pm before training for any players interested in honing their skills. Glenn W (coach)
