Fuel Barge for Zhodani Navy Starships

This small craft is used by smaller Zhodani Navy starships to replenish their fuel. It is capable of skimming from gas giants or filling the tanks from planetary oceans, and refining the fuel before docking.

The barge is required by the Shivva class Patrol Frigate, which has no capability to skim or refine its own fuel.
