I purchase almost all of the products I use locally. Some instances require the use of the internet to find a part or product.

Delivery
I do not add a charge to any of the materials I purchase for your local job. However I do account for the labor needed to pickup and deliver those products or materials to the site.

Material disposal and clean up is included in the labor charge. I will always try to recycle the materials or products that are deemed useless on each job.
For Example: If I remove an old deck and many of the boards are still useable I will offer them up on a local recycle site for free.
An appliance is no longer of value to you may be of great value to someone else, I will recycle this item to another person that has a need but cannot afford new.
