Club policies

fines

The Club in conjunction with the NDSFA Protests and Disputes (P&D) Committee will adopt the following discipline and fines policy:

·        A player who receives two Yellow cards in the same game is sent off and receives an automatic one-match suspension.

·        A player receiving a third yellow card receives an automatic one-match suspension.

·        A player receiving a fourth yellow card is fined $10.00

·        A player receiving a fifth yellow card is fined $10.00

·        A player receiving a sixth and subsequent yellow cards is fined $20.00

·        The sixth and ninth Yellow cards also carry an automatic one-match suspension.

·        The responsibility for payment of fines levied by the NDSFA on individual players rests with the player. The BMSC Competition Secretary will request the players Coach or Manager to advise the Player details of the fine and collect the amount due.

·        The player will be eligible to participate in a maximum of one competition game for BMSC until receipt of payment of the fine by the club.

·        Any player wishing to appeal against a fine may do so by requesting their team Coach or Manager to provide details of the grounds for protest to the BMSC Competition Secretary.

·        The BMSC Competition Secretary will confer re the matter with two other members of the BMSC Committee and their decision will be final.

·        If a player is sent from the field for a Red Card offence, that player will receive an automatic one match suspension and will not need to appear before the NDSFA P&D Committee and less requested to do so. A member of the BMSC Committee must accompany any BMSC player attending any such hearing.
