BLUE MOUNTAINS SOCCER CLUB EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING 2001-01 Minutes of meeting held on Thursday 9th August 2001 at Knapsack Park, Barnett St, Glenbrook. Chairperson - Gordon Aiken Meeting Opened at 8:15pm Present: 31 members (see attached attendance sheets) Resolutions 1. Register Blue Mountains Soccer Club under the NSW Associations Incorporation Act, 1984. - moved by Meg Boath, seconded by John Rees - carried unanimously. 2. Adopt the Model Rules for Incorporated Associations (with changes), according to the Associations Incorporation Regulation, 1999. - moved by Keith Hayman, seconded by Meg Boath - carried unanimously. 1. Install the current committee of Blue Mountains Soccer Club as the committee of Blue Mountains Soccer Club Incorporated, namely: President Gordon Aiken Vice President/Registrar Keith Hayman Secretary Greg Cox Treasurer John Rees Ordinary Committee Members Tom Holmes Neil Creagh Ian Monaghan Robert Battle Paul Brazier Noel Hanrahan - moved by Greg Cox, seconded by Keith Hayman - carried unanimously.
