AJ2007 Quick Facts
When: 2-13 January 2007. Travelling time will probably add another day at the start and another at the end.Where: Elmore in Victoria, near Bendigo.
Age Criteria: Scouts who's birthday falls between 31st January 1992 and 31st March 1995. This means that participants will be aged between 11 years 9 months and 14 years 11 months as at 31st December 2006.
Camping Criteria: A minimum of 10 nights camping as a Scout by August 2006, including a three-night long weekend camp.
Training Criteria: Complete the Pioneer Level training by August 2006.
Cost: $1,240 for NSW Scouts.
Visitors Day: Sunday 7th January from 9am to 6pm; includes Joey & Cub activities.

- 31/Oct/05 - NSW contingent fees and payment schedule announced this week.
- 26/Sep/05 - The Bangor Scout Troop receives funding from Paul Newman. Our fund raising efforts received a very generous boost with a $10,000 grant from the Newman's Own Foundation. [see press release] (size = 42Kb)
- 29/Jul/05 - Group kick-off meeting for AJ2007. Information was given to candidates for the next Australian Jamboree and a parent committee formed. Senior Scouts who attended the last Jamboree (AJ2004) spoke enthusiastically about the great time that they had and a movie presentation showed highlights from AJ2004.
