Steph L, Ksenya J and Maddi L were absent.

Casual shooting followed by a quick torture to the court thirds were used to warm-up.

More of the new drill that focuses on sprinting to position and using the pivot foot was used. Players running between two cones and pivoting around while receiving and passing provides more practice at overall body control.

Shooting practice was conducted using a "3-shots in 3-seconds" scheme. Players stretch to 3 different positions in the semi-circle, receive a pass from an adjacent player, recompose closer to the ring, then shoot and quickly get to the next position. This emphasises alertness, speed and balance.

Finally, one-on-one shooting/defending was conducted for 10 minutes.

Players then joined several other teams for a practice game which went for 15 minutes.
