Maddi L was absent. A warm day and another team joined because their coach was absent.
Players were asked to try and find an additional team member from school and/or friends as there are still only 6 on the list.
All six players attended and were asked to do a very easy torture over the court thirds.
More effort was placed into passing skills. Players were asked to pass from the corners of a goal third in a crossover pattern. This meant that there was an element of chaos where peripheral vision was needed so that collisions were avoided. Leading into long passes and holding the catches is a very important part of the game.
Shooting practice for about 10 minutes followed from about 2m out from the ring.
Timed lob passing to offensive players was practiced. This was a pass from one edge of the semi-circle over the top of tall defence to be caught at the other edge of the semi-circle with the player attempting to secure court territory for a shot.
